Law graduate from the Autonomous University of Baja California, with a Specialization in Corporate and International Law from the Center for Technical and Higher Education (CETYS) and a Master's degree in International Trade from the University of Alicante (Valencia, Spain). He has worked as a litigation attorney in the areas of Tax Law, Foreign Trade, and Administrative Law at well-known local law firms. He is a professor in graduate programs at prestigious educational institutions and an active member of professional organizations related to the local tax field, as well as a speaker on various tax topics in different forums.

Lic. Edmundo J. Guajardo Maldonado

Law graduate from the Autonomous University of Baja California, with graduate studies in Tax Law from the Faculty of Law and Criminology at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. He has served as lead attorney at the law firm Guajardo y Guajardo Attorneys at Law. He is a professor in graduate programs at prestigious educational institutions and an active member of various business and professional organizations related to the local tax field, as well as a speaker on various tax topics in different forums.

Bilingual: SPANISH / ENGLISH, certified official translator of the English language, affiliated with the State Judiciary Council.
